These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Pro Strong Cleaning Services ("we", "us") in Framingham, MA and the surrounding towns, and to the use of prostrongcleaningservices.com.
What we do on each visit is defined by the written checklist agreed with you before the first clean. Anything not on that checklist is not included. Items can be added or removed at any time, in writing, and the checklist is updated from then on.
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us about the home. If the home is materially different from what was described, we tell you the revised price before starting, never after finishing.
If an item on your checklist was not completed, tell us and we return and complete it at no additional cost. This applies to the checklist as agreed, and it is what we mean when we say the work is guaranteed. It is not a refund policy and it is not a general satisfaction guarantee.
Recurring cleaning is a schedule, not a contract, and you may change or end it by telling us. If you need to move or skip a visit, tell us in advance. If we cannot access the home at the agreed time and the visit cannot be performed, the visit may be treated as completed for billing purposes.
You are responsible for telling us how we enter the home and for the accuracy of alarm codes, lockbox codes and building rules. Any arrangement is agreed in writing before the first visit.
Please secure pets that should not be loose while we work, and put away valuables, cash, jewellery and documents. We clean surfaces, not the items on them; a home where surfaces are clear is cleaned more thoroughly in the same time.
Accidents are rare and we tell you when one happens rather than waiting for you to find it. Report anything you notice within a reasonable period after the visit so that we can look into it while the facts are fresh.
Carpet shampooing. Exterior windows. Laundry and dishes unless agreed in writing. Wall washing beyond spot cleaning. Moving heavy furniture. Removal of construction debris or trash requiring a dumpster. Any work involving lead paint or asbestos.
Prices are agreed before the service. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at the quote.
