House Cleaning Services in Framingham, MA, With the Same Standard Every Visit

Built on Trust. Defined by Excellence.

Pro Strong provides recurring house cleaning services in Framingham, MA and across MetroWest, on a schedule you choose: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Every visit follows the same written checklist, which you receive before the first clean, and that checklist is written for your home rather than copied from a template. That is what makes the result repeatable instead of depending on who was available that day. A recurring visit covers the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living areas and the floors, plus baseboards, door frames and light switches, which are the places most cleanings skip when time runs short. If something on the checklist was missed, tell us and we come back and fix it, at no cost. Estimates are free, and the price is agreed before anything is scheduled.

How Often Should You Book House Cleaning Services?

Weekly

for homes with kids, pets or both, where a week is enough for the kitchen and the bathrooms to need real work again. Shortest visit of the three, because the house never gets far.

Every two weeks

the most common choice among our clients. The house stays presentable the whole fortnight and the visit is still short, since nothing has time to build up.

Monthly

for smaller homes, for people who live alone, or for anyone who keeps up with the day to day and wants the heavy items handled. Longest visit of the three, and the one that benefits most from a deep cleaning at the start.

All three follow the same checklist. What changes is how long each visit takes, and the price follows that, not the other way around.

What House Cleaners Do on a Recurring Visit

Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances, microwave inside, table and chairs, floor.

Bathrooms: tub and shower, tile, toilet, sink, mirror, fixtures, floor.

Bedrooms and living areas: dusting on every reachable surface, beds made, picture frames and shelves, under furniture that moves.

Throughout: baseboards wiped, door frames, light switches, handles, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash out.

Not included unless you ask for it: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, interior windows, laundry and wall washing. Those belong to a deep cleaning, or they can be added to any visit.

We do not offer carpet shampooing.

Why a Written Standard Matters More Than People Expect

A cleaning company that works from memory is asking you to explain your home every visit. Which door sticks, which shelf is off limits, which rug cannot take water.

We write it down instead. Your home gets its own version of the checklist, built on the first visits and updated whenever something changes, so what we learn about the house belongs to the company and not to one person's memory. The checklist stops being instruction and becomes proof.

Maid Service, Housekeeping Services or House Cleaning?

People search for all three and usually mean the same thing: someone who comes on a schedule and leaves the house clean.

The difference that matters is not the word. It is whether what gets done is written down before anyone starts, and whether the same person comes back. A maid service with a rotating crew and no list is a different product from what we do, even when the name is identical.

Apartment Cleaning in MetroWest

Apartment cleaning runs on the same checklist as a house, adjusted for what an apartment actually has: less floor, more surface per square foot, and usually a single bathroom that gets heavy use.

If your building requires the cleaner to be listed with the front desk or to use the service elevator, tell us at the quote and we handle it before the first visit.

Starting With a Deep Clean, Then Going Recurring

Most homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while start with a deep cleaning, then move onto a schedule. It is not an upsell: a first recurring visit in a house with a year of buildup takes twice as long and still leaves the hardest parts undone.

After the deep clean, the recurring visits stay short, because nothing gets a chance to build again.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a recurring house cleaning visit take?

It depends on the size of the home and the frequency. A two-bedroom on a fortnightly schedule is usually a short visit; the same home on the first clean takes considerably longer. We tell you the expected window at the quote.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring clients are at work. We arrange access at the first visit and keep the same arrangement after that.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes, everything is included. If you prefer that we use a product you already have, tell us and we use yours.

Can I skip a visit or change the frequency?

Yes. Tell us in advance and we move it. Changing from every two weeks to monthly, or the other way, is a conversation, not a new contract.

What if something on the checklist was missed?

Tell us and we come back and fix it, at no cost. That is why the list is written and given to you before we start.
