The Cleaning Checklist We Use, Published in Full

Built on Trust. Defined by Excellence.

This is the actual cleaning checklist our team works from, service by service and room by room. Not a summary of it, and not a version written for a website. You receive the list for your service in writing before the first visit, and it is the same list every visit after that. Publishing it is the point: a checklist you can read before hiring anyone is a checklist you can hold a company to, including us. If something on your list was missed, tell us and we come back and fix it, at no cost.

What Is Not Included in Any Service

Carpet shampooing, which we do not offer at all.

Exterior windows, and interior windows outside of deep cleaning and move out.

Laundry, dishes left in the sink, and putting away personal items.

Removing construction debris, trash or anything requiring a dumpster.

Anything involving lead paint or asbestos.

We publish this list for the same reason we publish the other one.

How to Add Something to Your Checklist

Any deep cleaning item can be added to a recurring visit without booking the full service. Inside the oven this month, interior windows next spring, cabinet interiors before the holidays.

Tell us at the quote or at any visit, and it goes on your written list from then on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the real checklist your team uses?

Yes. It is the same list the cleaners work from and the same one you receive in writing before your first visit.

What is included in house cleaning that most people do not expect?

Baseboards, door frames and light switches on every visit. Most services treat those as deep cleaning items.

Can I ask for items to be removed from the list?

Yes. If you would rather we never touch a particular room or surface, it comes off your checklist and stays off.

What happens if something on the list was missed?

Tell us and we come back and fix it, at no cost. That is the whole reason the list is written down and handed to you first.
